LMR@7 PM (Wednesday) Group Memberships
Structured running groups session aimed at those preparing for events from 5km to the marathon as well as triathlon. Open to both men & women. This group can cater for all abilities but we generally have more experienced runners at this groups (approx. ability ranging from 26mins to 18min over 5km or the equivalent over 10k, half & marathon). Sessions are primarily held at the athletics track at Footes Lane but occasionally elsewhere.
