Before signing up as a member please contact us at info@leemerrienrunning.com or enter your details on free trial page here to ensure space is available. Group sizes are restricted in order to maintain a healthy coach to runner ratio. 

Current groups include: 
(Wednesday evening) LMR@6pm (men & women - less experienced runners) - 6.00pm until 6.50pm - training mostly at Footes lane
(Wednesday evening) LMR@7pm (men & women - with event aims) Training - 6.45pm until 8.00pm - training mostly at Footes Lane
(Saturday morning) LMR@8am (men & women with event aims) 8.00am until 9.15am - training at a variety of locations.

We also offer combined membership prices for those who may wish to attend two groups session per week. All membership are automatically created as re-occuring payments but members can control their memberships via paypal.
LMR@8 am (Saturday) Group Memberships
Structured running groups session aimed at those preparing for events from 5km to the marathon as well as triathlon.  Open to both men & women. Saturday group can cater for all abilities and we tend to see a range of abilities ranging from those starting out to those more experienced runners. This group can be used an 2nd session per week if you are a member of one of Wednesday groups or indeed if you miss training on Wednesday. 

A variety of locations are used around Guernsey, all info is posted out via the members facebook page. 

LMR@7 PM (Wednesday) Group Memberships
Structured running groups session aimed at those preparing for events from 5km to the marathon as well as triathlon.  Open to both men & women. This group can cater for all abilities but we generally have more experienced runners at this groups (approx. ability ranging from 26mins to 18min over 5km or the equivalent over 10k, half & marathon). Sessions are primarily held at the athletics track at Footes Lane but occasionally elsewhere.
LMR@6 PM (Wednesday) Group Memberships
Structured sessions for both men and women.  This group is generally aimed at those with limited running experience or indeed using running as more casual activity during their week.
